Though technically this isn't Gainesville Gossip, maybe someone is gossiping about it in Gainesville since I still know so many people up there.

Anyhow, I start my new job at Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) on Monday!!! Today I spoke with the woman, and everything sounds great. There are a couple other people starting on Monday with me, so I won't be the only newbie. I'll be making 32,000 AND getting health insurance, life insurance, IRA, Vacation days (2 weeks + 3 floating holidays, + 8 bank holidays), and Optinal vison and detal! I'm excited because it not only has been so long since I've been working, but its been so long since I've actually had for real health insurance!!! Hopefully everything works out just great and i like working here. I'll keep you guys posted.

Huzzah! When I was talking to Mom yesterday after project runway she was all worried because you hadn't called her and told her you got the job. I told her you were just too busy partying to call though... Also, I'm glad it is safe for you to get sick again.

me too. Its like that episode of friends where joey lost his health insurance. Now I can start catching on fire again!!! woohoo!!!

Actually, Laura, you're still on our health insurance. They keep sending me letters about you and Jenny, and the only option they give me is to leave both of you on or take both of you off. So I leave both of you on.

yeah, i know. but i figure, that as soon as i get sick and need to go to the doctor, if we put in a claim for it, they'll realize their mistake... so i was just praying not to get sick...
